Vacuum Lines

There is a vacuum line cluster on my 91 5.0 When removing the engine I broke a couple of them. They were brittle and broke by barely touching them. Anyway, I cant remember where they all went. These are four white plastic lines. Some ( I think two) went to the smog pump which is gone now. One goes to the intake I believe. Can anybody tell me where they all go. I did a bad job of labeling during disassembly. Thanks.

White go to egr and closest smog valve. Black to rear of upper intake and farthest smog. The one black you have left goes to the smog. The farthest vacuum line diagonally on the rubber 5 hole block is the other black. The middle hole/ line goes to the closest smog and is white. Between the two black lines is the white for the egr. Fifth hole not used.
