Egr Plate And Manifold

Yeah. I'm trying to take the spacer off to put my new ones on. And it won't come apart. If there's an easier way to do it then what I'm doing because my way isn't working

Soak it with Pb blaster/wd40, try to get a very small flat blade in the edge for a very minimal amount pressure, then smack the egr a few times with a mallet. It will eventually come off just needs a little massaging.

looks like its sealed with rtv. pull the studs out (they go all the way into the manifold flange), and like said whack it a few times with a hammer (soft one), and it should come off.
