The SVO sail panels were more readily available a few years ago, lately it seems to be a popular swap so they are getting harder to come by.There are slight size differences between the '84 and '85/'86 models so if you do come across a set make sure they are from the later, fitment is much better.I purchased the current ones off Ebay about 3 years ago,and they do come up for sale online once in a while in the $100-$120 price range.
They completely change the look of the car,and your right, their addition brings a cleaner look.
I would add more pics if I had more to add.I have 2 or 3 exterior pics and 1 interior shot of the dash and
Momo wheel.I was never a big picture taker.I build my cars for ME and was never one to show off my wares.Hell,I love to attend car shows but very rarely bring any of my own cars to the show, now cruise nights are a different story.
I've always been a fan of the 4 Eye cars over the Aero noses, the headlight setup looks a little manlier(not to offend)and were more apart of my youth.
Now that the cosmetic tweeks(still has the original paint) and
suspension are done I'm focusing on supporting mods for the Si Trim I picked up from a friend and installed(waiting on the TF170 11R to come to market). This is my daily driver during the summer months putting on 2500-3000 miles yearly so just looking for a fun street car with a flat torque curve in the 350rwhp range.................for now, right?
Thanks for all the nice compliments guys,I do appreciate it.
