2000 Mustang Gt

Pretty vague saying it just "won't start". Any MIL's? did you remove the fuel rails? if so, did you plug the fuel rail pressure sensor back in? did you disconnect the terminating resistors? tell us a little more if you can, please.
 
Start with the basics. Have you checked all of the fuses? As the others have suggested double check your work. Look for a missed connector.

Turn the key on but do NOT crank.

Do you hear the fuel pump run? If not STOP and find out why as it will never start.

Does the theft light go off after a 3 second "prove out"? If not, STOP and find out why as there's a anti-theft (PATS) issue.
