I have zero compression on my motor right now. What are the top things that i need to check? Oh by the way someone did some motor work on the car such as cam, new rockers and pushrods. Could it be because the pushrods are not long enough or too long? or maybe rockers are down too tight?

It does sound like valves were tightened way way and way too tight.
What cam and rockers did you add, mainly what type of rocker, pedestal or stud mount?

so the valve lash is controlled by the rockers and how tight they are right? i am running a f303 cam, 1.6 ratio crane cam rockers and i am running stud mount. I am also running stock length hardened pushrods. with M-6049-X306 heads

I'm talking about the other seven. ;)

???? Compression tests are performed with all plugs removed..... My auto mechanics instructor would have pointed & giggled at you.

Plugs in the other 7will adversely affect readings on the 1 your checking, especially if the compression on the others is uneven. During each cyl.'s test, you should give it a good 7 or 8 compression strokes.

Each cyl. should also be tested 3 times and an average calculated.
