I have a '03 Cobra w/the 2.8 pulley and a couple of other mods done...but to get to the point i have alot of slippage in the 5200 to 5600 range with my bel i was told that FORD made the 100mm idler pulleys the reason i want the ford ones is because the car looks stock besides the inprint i put in the supercharger cover with my old pulley...Does anyone know the part number for the FORD 100mm idler pulley or atleast one that is black and i already looked at SFPH they had one but i was told to go with the one from FORD because it is STRONGER please help me out thanks

I too have heard there was an OEM 100MM idler. I can't remember who was telling me this.... I think it was Vic_Ferrari

I wonder if that's the stock size of the Lightning idler pulley?

Amazon racing offers their idlers in billet and steel (factory 100mm "stealth").

    pulleys

JDM has the best pulleys and the correct belt.
I have NO SLIP whatsoever. Nona. Nada (and I have the smooth pulley, not the RR pulley)
...and these are the good 100mm pulleys with good bearings (not the ones that fail)

The best hands down is from Johnny Lightning. I have installed MANY of them. (10 min tops) But you will not be able to use the ugly cover. give Sue a call 717-786-4670 and tell her Bryan sent you.

These pulleys look stock. No one can tell unless they looks REALLY closely (and they know the car very well).
    They are black billet pulleys......
Or you could ge the captain obvious steeda tensioner and let the belt slip......

The cover fits over the JDm stuff...........so you can put the "ugly" cover back on.
    =o)
