03 Fobra Engine?

I was searching for 03 cobra engines online and carcraft has what they claim to be a "03 Cobra S/C Longblock" without the supercharger. It sounds like it is all forged like the 03, but would it perform like an 03?

Sounds like to me that its a reman motor like a majority of fords motors that you can get from your dealership. Companies like jasper and fred jones make them. It does not sound like it was a niche-line hand built motor. Im sure its a pretty strong motor with the same internals but I guarantee it did not receive the same attention to detail during assembly like a OEM production 03-04 cobra engine did.

I dug a little deeper into that site and came across this...

At the bottom of that page it shows what they call their karkraft niche hand assembly line... ... hmm. Would it be better to just try and find a true 03 cobra engine for that price?
