2001 GT write off CHEEEEP!!!

theres a guy in my home town selling a 2001 Mustang GT. Its an auto, has the bullit wheels and the car is written off. everything is there and there is 21,000 kms. The guy wants 3800$!! canadian. I went and saw the car the other day and its a white convertible, with white top, black cloth interior,the whole front end is ****ed but nothing touched the motor and the right quarter panel they ****ed up towing it but being a convertible it should be as easy as puting on a fender shouldnt it? Also can someone tell me what that car would make for power from factory. Let me know if i should buy it
