275s on a 17x8?

my 275's do rub slightly up front when the steering wheel is turned to the extreme like when you are parking. they do not rub when driving.

Just my opinion but I'm not crazy about the way 275's look on a 17x8 rim. 17x9's with 275's on the back is the way to go if money is not an issue.

Heck why stop at 275s I bet it would look sick with 315s.

Seriously, take a look at the specs for just about any tire manufacturer and the widest tire recommended for a 17x8 inch rim is 255.

I guess it comes down to this, do you want them to just "look" good or do you want them to perform as the manufacturer designed them to.
