2v to 4v engine build-up

I currently have a 1998 Mustang GT. I am going to put in a DSS racing long block that is a 4.6 stroked to 5.0 and I currently have a T56 viper transmission. What would I have to do to switch to 4v instead of the 2v I am currently using. I am also installing a procharger supercharger. My end goal is to have around 800 hp so I'm looking to try and get extra power where ever I can. Any other suggestings on getting me to 800+ hp.
