    No, the bellhousing is the same. The main difference between a 302 and a 351 is the deck height. The oil pan is a little wider on the 351, but most parts are interchangeable.

    the biggest problem i am have is finding a wiring harness. i can run a carb ,but i am going to be runing a procharger. i found a 5.0 motor for $300 out of a 94-95 GT. the guy told me that he was going to use the engine for his v6 to v8 swap. now i don't know if it comes with a harness all he told me was it a complete engine (a guy i work with son in law has the motor). i went from tuning on a escort zx2 to a mustang so v8 are all new to me. so now the question is carb or efi. no ls1 is going between these fenders. haha

    It's better to stick with EFI if you want a Procharger. If you end up running a carb, you can always run a box, and the Procharger will work ok.
