5.4 2v Swap

what is the process on swaping a 4.6 2v for a 5.4, any fitting problems, need to change computer & harness, any info will be greatly appreciated....

The above link is a 5.4 4 valve.
It has been done with a 2 valve. The fitment issues are with the hood, and the h-pipe needs to be widend.

5.4 yeah baby...

I am trying to purchase my bolt-ons with an eye to change to 5.4 2v at some point. hard to overcome 5.7 and 6 liter chevy's with 4.6. They can supercharge also. But they can't compete cube for cube. Never have.
