Here is my problem.I'm going to get my stock 16inch pony wheels widened to 9 or 10 inches. With the back spacing of these wheels (4.8), getting them widened will cause clearance issues on the inside of the wheel well. I will be using a 275 drag radial by the way. (Toyo TQ 275/45/16)
Is there a way I can use cobra length axles with my rear drum brakes? I really dont want to use spacers unless I have exhausted all other options. Eventually I am going to convert the car to rear disk but thats not going to happen right now.
Your input on a possible fix please?
