Roush 99-04 Saleen pedal question

I just got my almuminum Saleen pedals covers from Chicane. My stock ones were stolen at the dealership.

Does the gas pedal cover just go over the plastic one? It looks like I have to drill holes in the clutch and brake pedal also to install those covers.

I just talked to Joe actually. He said that I have to take the plastic saleen gas pedal off and find a stock gt one. Then I can drill into that pedal to put the Saleen one on.
