? about 03 GT seats

Hi guys, I own a 94 GT myself but my girlfriend has an 03 gt and we're taking it on vacation in 2 weeks. I just wanted to ask whats up with the seats in these cars? They barely lean back when you put them down, as if you wanted to go to sleep. The ones in my car go all the way back. Is there any quick fix to make them go back further?

However; I think I remembering reading on this site that they changed the design of the old seats for safety reasons.

I hated my 02 seats, so I sold them and put in 95 GT seats, Huge improvement and I made $250 doing it.
