Anyone ever install 87-93 door armrest pads?

I just got a new set of door armrest pads along with new screws from 50resto, and I'm not completely sure how to put them in. I know the original set was held in with screws, but how do I get inside the armrest to take the old screws out? I thought this was going to be easy. Thanks

pop the round covers off the armrest, then remove the two screws holding the armrest on, remove the power window/lock swithc plate and take off the armrest. From there you should know what to.

see those holes, remove the plugs covering those holes
