As emay was talking about the boaters paying a hefty price to spend a few hours out on the water, I wonder how it has affected the small town racing scenes?

I just bought it...
I sold my Acura RSX Type-S because I couldn't squeeze more than 340 whp out of it without risking my life - steering, braking, and driving the front wheels. It routinely achieved 28 mpg - so fuel mileage wasn't a consideration, nor was the cost of fuel moving to an American Icon driving the rear wheels.
The accelerator pedal might not meet the carpet very often, but I won't be selling it anytime soon.

This shouldn't even be an issue. These are great cars and get good fuel economy. I'd rather spend an extra few bucks a week and drive something I enjoy than sell out.
