thats hauling! I know of personally a mustang that ran consistent 5.0s @ 150ish with a stock block and some chinese 4-bolt main caps.
if it gets the turbo its going to be converted to efi. after talking with a few other people, i think i have decided to pursue the turbo. i've got a lot of stuff to do to the car first so that will give me more time to research and decide what i want to do
That is not true. I used stock k-member, no spacers. runnin power brakes and the motor clears the booster with the tall valve covers, and FRPP swap mounts, P/S, alternator, and e-water pump with a one-off serpentine setup. Heres a two year old pic with the serp setup off . And if i could do it again, i'd go bulletproof small block 331ci, single turbo.
an RDI aluminum block... good luck finding one think don said they havent made them in like 6 years... and if you do find one, youll put a big dent in your bank account
