For $6.00 I highly recommend this stuff. I bought some of this stuff and it works!!! Just thought I would pass the info along to anyone with yellowing dulled lights. I wish I had thought to take some before and after pics, but for $6.00 you cannot go wrong!!

:nice:

Yea, it's not a permanent fix, but for 6 bucks it's a help until new lights are in the budget, the label states the product needs to be re applied every 2-3 months.

I've used Brasso metal polish and polishing compound on the Mustangs lights, either one works well, but the oxidization comes back of course.

I can say first hand that clearcoating the lights works, I did it on my old Escort. I sprayed carb cleaner on the headlights, it melts the layer of plastic with the oxidation on it, then I sprayed clear on the headlights while the car and they never yellowed again. I found the controversial carb cleaner method on the Escort fourms, but dont do it on a car you care about. lol

I have wet sanded and used plastic polish. It didnt last either.

New lights solves the problem. :)
