brake conversion

can any parts from a 92 crown vic police model be used for a budget upgrade. i cant remember the cars or the parts. looking for 5- lug 4 wheel discs for a 92 hatch. i thought i might be able to use the calipers from all 4 wheels at least. could someone let me know the list .
