can you put 275/50/15 on a 65stang?

    nope unless you want to do some serious flares or mini tubs. there just isn't enough room in the wheelwells for the them. not saying it's impossible to make them but you'll more than likely have to some fab work and get a set of custom backspaced wheels as well.

    I have air shocks in the back right now. I dont care if they stick out some at all. What is the biggest you can put in the back with out tubs?

    I have 255s on the back of my 65 and they are a close fit. My rear end is also shortened a couple of inches. My parking brake cable tends to rub on the back of the tire.

    I have KYB's,sagging springs and a stock rear end and the 275's are tight,but if i had 1/2 more height,they would be perfect.They dont stick out at all either.
