Can't Figure It Out!!

My car on the highway when I'm driving, the Rpms will rev up to 3 thousands.. And when I'm in drive the car will jump at stop signs, and rev up in park... When I listen to it sounds like a vacuum leak, maybe it's in the tune? Or something.. I don't know I have a video of it when I rev it fast...

I'm completely lost!! And I'm getting bad gas mileage becuz of it reving up!

Check the intake- they can crack and cause a vacuum leak...
