Car don't want to start..

I've done a trip of 4 days,without my car, and when I came back, my car didn't want to start, and I really don't know what it could be,the only clue that I've got is :
Before my trip, my gas tank were at the 1/4 and the nights were very very cold, so I wonder if it could be the gas.. and when I turn the key, I don't hear the little sound that we're supposed to hear for the fuel pump.. could it be the fuel pump that is broken?

Any help will be very appreciated!

I've tried to push it but.. it is like it's supposed to be,and nothing new.. the car don't want to start..
