Well, the radiator hose does not require the removal of the front bumper cover, however, since I will be putting on a cobra heat exchanger with different brackets, and I'm less likely to scratch paint I figured I'd pull it off. Besides, it's only 4 bolts and 2 clips to pull.
Starting with a 3.33 pulley, so according to Vortec that should be in the neihborhood of 9-10 pounds. I'm starting with a vortec tune so it won't be making crazy numbers. A few weeks down the road I'm goin to have the car tuned by JPC. It better make over 400 wheel or I'll throw something I shouldn't at an helpless bystander. I got the blower for a steal. Under 2g's brand new in the box.
Well, right now waiting on my ecu back from Vortech, then I just need to finish up the battery relocation, heat exchanger, resevior tank, and odds and ends. Should be up and running by Friday or Saturday.
I've put in what came with the kit. 255 pump with 39# injectors. I hope it will be enough. My buddy has a boost-a-pump that is coming off his Mach, so I might try to con him into it.
uhhhhhh......255 pumps are for return style fuel systems, aka 98 and older. 99+ had the returnless system. You will need at least a focus pump. If you run a svt focus pump and BAP you should be ok. I have 37lbs inj and a svt focus pump, but no BAP and at 380rwhp my pump is maxed at 5900
