I just got home from vacation and my car wont go in gear (auto tranny) and the flashers dont work. There was a blown fuse #13, so we replaced it, but it blew again. So we disconected the tail lights and now the blinkers work, but I still cant put my car in gear. All the other fuese are fine, is there any sensor or fuse that would make my car be stuck in park?

I would check the brake on/off (BOO) switch and connector. Its a mounted on the brake pedal with two wires going to it. Ford actually has a pretty big problem with these burning up and not working.

as for your blinkers, check the flasher relay. i changed mine out on my 5.0 and it blinks fine. it died on me while driving to work.
