Change odometer from KM to miles?

Is there an easy way to change the odometer from KM to miles? Or do I need to take it into the dealership for a computer change? I bought my 2001 Gt when I lived in Canada, but I live in Memphis now. I'm thinking about trading it in on something newer, but I'm having trouble getting an estimate due to the odometer.
