I was wondering if any of you guys know anything about the jlt cia, and if i will have to remove the strut bar in order to use the jlt cia. My other option is the C&L. Can one use the c&l inlet pipe with the factory MAF and filter?
STB im guessing refers to strut tower brace. things that goes from strut to strut and connects to the firewal, on the stock intake pipe its sorta notched to clear the "STB".
I know this....Jay can custom bend the tubing....not sure about that extreme, but my buddy has a 96 Cobra with a 03 powertrain that required the inlet pipe to be bent a little in order to clear the hood and Jay made it work. Just give him a call or email him.
