Clutch needs adjusted??

I am getting a funny chatter/light squeak in the tranny.I press my fooy on the clutch slightly and it goes away,the Tranny and clutch are new about 12,000 miles if that so maybe I need to get and adjustable clutch cable since mine is shot??

Def sounds like the throw-out bearing. Its not uncommon for them to squeak. What kinda clutch did you get?

You will be replacin the clutch soon my friend..Go out and get a replacement with the throwout bearing or and upgraded clutch because i can tell u for sure its on its way out, probably sooner than later

I had a squaky TOB on my vert...I does not mean it wont last. Some tend to squeak and others dont. If I were you I would get a firewall adjuster and snug up the cable a bit (equivalent to the light pressure you have to give to the pedal to make the squeak go away). I remember on my car you just barely touched the pedal and it would go away...if thats the case then the firewall adjuster will work. If you have to apply a significant amount of pressure to make it go away then maybe you should replace it. Just my thought.
