Clutch--what do I need?

I'm running a 347 stroker/approx 400hp, that will see occasional abuse on the street/strip, and moderate use as a "daily driver" What are your suggestions for a clutch/pressure plate that will hold up to the abuse? Also, should I be concerned about the strength of my stock z bar? Will any of the clutch set ups not work with the Lakewood bellhousing? Thanks for your help.
