Code 511 & Code 137 KOER - Help

[95 Laser GT Ver]

Code 511:
PCM ROM - Circuit Malfunction; In simple terms what does this mean?

Code 137:
System Rich (bank 2)

How do I address these issues? I have an intermittent CEL which I am guessing is being caused by code 511.

I have California smog inspection so I need to fix Code 137, I replaced the O2 sensor this morning and no change.

Do you run a chip?

511 IS REPLACE CPU its something like rom failure, i have been getting that code also, but dont go about replacing it yet, it could be caused by another issue. I think that possibly my crazy alternator was making my comp throw that code....we'll see.

A chip can also toss the code.
