A little while ago I posted about a coolant leak I had when I turned the car off, it would flow about 3 to 4 cups of coolant out the cap, only when I turned the car off. Since then it did it three more times and I had it to the dealer, they replaced the cap, and said when they squeezed the upper rad hose you could hear air escaping from the cap and that was causing the coolant to flow out. Well a week back from the dealer it did it again, so I squeezed the rad hose and heard the air, but if I loosen the cap maybe a 1/16th of a turn and continue to squeeze the air stops, but if I tighten it to where it clicks air comes out. Simple fix just leave it 1/16 turn loose, but after a while if I don’t touch it, it will leak out again, so I tighten it, then loosen 1/16th turn and it is fine for awhile. So my question is can anyone else hear air escaping from the cap if they squeeze the upper rad hose, it could be hot or cold...

Tks
