Damn, broke my hood release, help?

Hey guys, I went to open my hood, it was pretty tight as usual so I pulled hard and the release latch pulled right out with the metal wire inside, the hood did open up though, how do I fix this?

You will need to buy a new cable. No biggie to install either.
