Dent in Bassani O/R X-Pipe HELP!

I bought a used Bassani X-Pipe and it has a dent on the driver's side where the pipe turns up towards the headers, like where the bend is. The dent is the size of a quarter and about 3/4-1cm deep. Will it affect the performance at all? It seems really minor and i don't think itll do anything, just need your opinions.

PS: The guy i bought it from didn't mention the dent or scratches, should i talk him on the price or just leave it be?

it prob. won't hurt the performance. the bassani o/r is a strong pipe it pulls really good in 3 and 4th gear. you should have bought mine that im selling its almost new didnt even change colors yet. im depressed about having to get rid of it caus e of the money ill lose on the deal. anyway you dent will not effect the performance of the pipe.
