ok, so i tried to mount my jegs front runners today. i've seen 2 cars run them and both said no grinding was required, just a 3/8 spacer. so i bought the 3/8 spacer, and i went to mount them on, it will spin around and just rub in one spot. its after a long day of work and its dark as hell out now, so i may of mounted it cocked. but i'm double checking, to see if anyone would know if it would just rub in one spot if the wheels were to rub.

Thanks for the update! Was really hoping that would work for ya. I'm still looking into using the spare but was liking your idea for backup. Are you using the stock studs?

How bad was the rubbing? Did it stop the wheel from turning or just brush up against it?

stock studs. and lugs. i want to go back out and mess with it more but its raining out, and i don't want to get any more frustrated with it.

its only 630 so i will probably mess go mess with it now. just to try and knock out any other possibility that i screwed up.

what year is your car? From what i've heard early 05s have smaller front brakes. if they dont work i'll see if they work on my friend ians car[05], and if they do i'll sell them to him. don't wanna deal with a restocking fee or anything.
