Yea I sold my first fox and regretted it, tried to buy it back and the guy sold it out from under me.
Now that I have my notch which is the car ive wanted all my life i could never get rid of her. When people would try and buy it id tell em 25k thinking that would make it worth getting rid of (not that anyone in their rite mind would ever pay that), but I realized that I couldent even part with her for that. ive been offered a flat out trade for a 66 coupe that the guy had an appraisal in hand for 18k and i couldent do it as much as ive wanted an old coupe.
Weve been through too much togeather and no black on black 5.0 5 speed notch could ever be the same.

That's one thing that urks me so much about having to sell my '89. I bought it new via special order in March '89. I knew every that had ever been done to it, and exactly how it was maintained. Buying another one now is just a crap shoot.
    :(

What is just as bad, tearing down a perfectly good car trying to "imporve it" so much and really not getting where you want. I used to think my fox looked like crap, but now several years later, and now my buddy found a video of it, I kick myself a lot.

Oh, and don't buy an F-body thinking it will replace the mustang.... :nono:

It's true. I'm in the process of selling mine to get a bike and maybe i'm getting cold feet. It's just how I want it now and i'll never get back what i've put into it. I think that's the case with a lot of people.

I've had my Supercharged 90 GT up for sale for about two weeks now, I only posted it on a local website (MightyMustangs.net) which mainly has US Military members stationed here in Germany, and I haven't bumped the topic.

I've got two PMs on it:
I told one guy since the rebuild I haven't gone above 3/4 throttle or 4,000 rpm, so I can't guarantee the performance or reliability of the car:rolleyes:

and the other guy was from France:nonono: didn't answer his PM

So I'm inactively trying to sell it I guess:shrug:
