Ring flap is just what it sounds like. It usually occurs on higher mileage cars at high rpm. It's not major, you will just burn a little more oil. Basically the rings are flapping in the cylinders at high rpm and letting some oil from the bottom end into the combustion chamber. Mine had the same thing when i dyno tuned it, it didn't happen til about 4900-5500rpm. Your just losing a little compression and power, it doesn't mean you need a rebuild. Blue means your burning oil, grey smoke means you're running rich and all the fuel is not being burned and being shot out your tailpipes, and white means you are burning coolant or water. Just FYI. Could explain some of your lower numbers though.

Every car smokes on the dyno. I can't be helped, it's just a by-product of combustion. When you're going down the road or the track, you don't notice it because you're moving. Not to mention you're not looking in your rear view all the time. When your car is stationary and being loaded on the dyno, smoke is common. Too much smoke though, and you could have a problem. I wouldn't be too concerned about it though.

Nice gains with the pullies!! I'm impressed
