Emblem overlays/replacements

Something along those lines, or the one that says "Terminator"

My question is where do people get these? I have seen numerous variations to punisher skulls and even Transformer symbols. I'd prefer the snake or "Terminator" one but to each his own

Anyone know any good sites for these?
