engine swap help

hey guys whats up im new to stang net and well also to being a mustang owner...i recently helped my friend rebuild his 4.6L in his 2000 GT. that really got me in to wanting to do a mustang of my own...i got a sweet deal on an 88 2.3L my question is other than the drive train (driveshaft, tranny, motor and rear end, which i plan on doing a 5 lug conversion) what else do i need to switch...will my it is a 5 speed and i know the clutch wont work but will the cable work. and what if any suspension and fuel upgrades will be needed...anyhelp would be awesome...thanks guys
