what do you guys think this combo is capable of with a good dyno tune?

    331 engine 10.2 compression
gt40 irons heads, ported and polished.
    cobra cam
    1.7 roller rockers
    ported/polished explorer upper/lower
    70mm t/b and egr spacer
    24lb injectors
    70mm cobra maf
    long tube headers
    190lph fuel pump
    aeromotive adj fuel psi regulator
by the way its a 5 speed car. i will dyno it around jan or feb i was just wondering wha it may put down. i know the heads are the bottleneck but after i get it passed smog i want to do a head and cam swap but need to save some more $$

anyway i've been working on this and may have it running this weekend.

    I'd guess 300+RWHP and 340 lb-ft.

Depends on the port job on the GT-40 heads. They are very sensitive to work in the area just under the valve seat. If that is messed up, so are the heads. If done right, 300 whp and 330 lb/ft torque. I put together a few 93" Cobra engines with good success. Ported GT-40 heads, Steeda #19 camshaft, ported lower intake, Extrude Honed upper intake, Bassani Equal length shorty headers, Bassani Cat X-pipe, Bassani Cat back. Both engines made 300 whp and 330 wtrq. Not Bad for a stock short block, and modified stock parts.

its just a stock cam from a 93 cobra. my initial goal will be to run 12's with a very stock looking/stock sounding engine. then later add heads and a bigger cam :D

The Cobra cam was designed to make more torque, not peak HP, in the intended rpm range.

so, should it compliment the stroker kit, or hold it back? down the road i will most likely go custom cam and some type of aftermarket heads.
