Exh manifolds stud removal

Go buy some liquid wrench. Not PB Blaster, that stuff works about 1/2 as good as Liquid Wrench. Spray the bolts down 2x a day for about 3 or 4 days and then try removing them after you spray them down the last time.

Easy outs are something I'll never use again.... EVER.

If the manifolds are off, weld a 3/8 flat washer on the broken stud with a mig welder. ( even if it's below the surface) Then, with a torch heat the manifold cherry red around the stud. Clamp Vise grips on the washer. gently work the grips back and fourth until you feel a slack (or movement). If it doesn't break loose on the first try you must heat the manifold again & again until that first little movement. Then reheat every few seconds. Only move stud fractions back & fourth until movement is more and more. If washer breaks off you forced too far. Reweld the center of a new washer on the stud & start over. It's a very slow process. once it moves though you got it. Don't try welding a nut on. The outside diameter is too small. the washer is thinner and quicker. the larger outside diameter gives you more leverage. Do the unbroken stud same way except for the welded washer. Just clamp the vise grips on the stud itself. Most important!!!!! Manifold must be Cherry red around stud!! I mean GLOWING. otherwise your wasting your time. If you don't have a torch & a Welder then take it to a shop. Or your stuck drilling them out & retapping. Drilling & tapping is more difficult to get straight & correct. We do them all the time and it takes time but it's worth it. Hope this helps
