Exhaust smoke

I have a problem with smoke coming out of the exhaust but its not all the time. Its mostly noticeable when starting the car when its hot outside and it has a little trouble starting. In the morning It dosent smoke. Also sometimes at stop lights ill see it briefly but I never see it when im driving even if I step on it. The smoke it mostly white, it might have a little blue tint to it but it looks white for the most part. Im just not sure what it could be if its not happening all the time when its running.

burning oil if its blue. when your going your not gona see it because your moving. check your plugs and find out which cylinder it is. Do a compression test and a leak down test, and hope its just a valve seal or intake gasket.
