f-cam and a supercharger? motor Q's.......please look

im posting this for a buddy
is this to much cam to for a car that will see 6-8lbs of boost.
he has it laying around and wants to use it.
it will have some edelbrock heads also.
he is also thing about using the sealed power rebuild kit from summit.
it says 10.13 cr w/ 58cc heads, so how much would that drop with 64cc heads. i was alittle concerned with the c.r. and boost.

I think that the cam will be a good choice. Not the best, but it will work good. If he wants, have him try a set of 1.7 rockers on the exhaust and 1.6s on the intake.
however, that compression ratio might not be the most favorable. It should adjust to 9.8ish when the other chamber (if im not doing this backwards). what that ratio, i wouldnt try to go over 8lbs of boost.

got a F-cam and about 8#s on my car and it runs great. compression ratio is a bit high. go with the 1.7s or like n8miller said.

nice, so what kind of times/trap speed do you run if you dont mind me asking.
my friend will have pretty much the same setup as you except for the holley intake
