F/I tuning questions

Well, i have a 2005 GT with a Kenne bell running somewhere between 10-12 lbs of boost. the Gauge the dyno tuner had said 10 and the gauge i have installed says 12. But anyway Kenne bell says on their website 539-675 rwhp. While mine is only making 440 along with long tubes, off-road x, axle backs and other odds and ends. The tuner that tuned it, tuned it with 11.5 A/F ratio and 19 degrees of timing. I was wondering if some of you guys on here has had some experience with tuning and/or maybe had one and knew how yours was tuned. My tuners biggest concern is to keep the car from blowing up and it is also a major concern of mine. But i would still like to see it do better than just 440. Thanks in advance

I wonder if Kenne Bell is talking flywheel HP? You have loss getting to the rear wheels they wouldn't count if they are talking HP at the flywheel. I don't know the average percentage, but I'm thinking around 18% loss which would put you much closer to their numbers. I "think" automatics suck a little more power than manuals. Which is yours and what gear was he testing in? Most agree whichever gear is closest to a 1:1 ratio, which would be 4th with either trans.
