    looks good dude

you could always grind the welds a little bit so they're a little smoother, but i think it looks fine (in responce to what illwood said)

anybody got a side by side pic of tig vs. mig?

looks great with the silver, and im very jealous of how professional it looks...
BTW does anyone know how much a GT STB has to be modified in order to clear the cobra or a GT-40 intake? is it the front or side tubes or both and by how much do they need to move?... i want either intake but dont want to lose my STB...thanks

Dan, do you still have those pics somewhere? I'm thinking about doing this for my car and I need some ideas.

Haha, I saw the thread and thought "wow someone else made one?" LOL

I still have the pics somewhere on my computer, I'll look for them tonight. I'm on the way down to the garage right now to install some new suspension goodies, otherwise I would look.

Posting a thread on the new suspension stuff in a couple minutes.

Still working on the STB pics, what did you want to see? I don't remember exactly what was posted.

Just a couple pics of it from a couple different angles. Mainly how it connects to the mounting bracket at the strut tower.

Dan, thanks for the head check. :p

I thought the thread was new and have been trying to reload the first page numerous times because the pics wouldn't show-up (yet everyone elses' reply said it looked great. Little did I know they saw the pics years ago :rlaugh: ).

Thank you sir. I don't see any way I can make one that nice, but I'm gonna give it a try one of these days. I'm afraid if I buy one it'll hit the distributor on the 351...Or the intake pipe...

Did you powdercoat yours, or is that regular paint?

I wanted to powdercoat it, and still might sometime in the future. But for now it is Dupli color ceramic 500 degree silver with ceramic 500 degree clear on top.
