Girlfriend Car Trouble

    My girlfriend has a 2001 Cavalier Z24 with the Quad 4, and it has a random misfire code, what do you think the problem could be?

    Plugs were replaced couple of months ago.
    Tried a different coil housing and coils, and nothing changed.
