Looking at the screen shots on your website, how did you calc these? Was this just by trial and error? I'm having a hot start problem until the car reaches closed loop so I figure this is the table, but I'm having trouble getting a handle on it.

After adding the Systemax intake and 75mm Accufab throttle body, I did a TB airlfow calc on the EEC Analyzer, but plugging that into the tune is causing many many problems!

Here's what I did to determine these. I would turn the key to the on position without starting the car to warm the wide band and O2 sensors. I would then datalog the startup to read ECT and the A/F, I then starting playing with the table based on that.

So far I have 60 deg table down good, so I don't have the rolling idle (1800rpm then die) on start up in the mornings. I still have some problems at 180 though.

You were looking at the screen shots :)

Did you see the part way down on the page where I pasted part of a thread where I was talking to one of our members about the same subject

I had a note or two about this stuff from way back in the early EEC Tuner Yahoo site days.

I saw some similar things posted from those who I felt were trust worthy on the Tweecer support site. Some of those guys have so much knowledge :hail2:

I must say this ...... I can't say for certain I was having a prob with my 30's during cold/hot start up conditions.
    HOWEVER
Back in those days I was on a mission to see how close to oem drivability I could get with my combo.

I made that tweec based upon or close to the efforts of others who posted favorable results after their table tweec :)

I can't say the tweec helped in all truthfulness
    THEN AGAIN
I can't say the tweec hurt as well :rlaugh:

Does that tb have the bleed screw like the Ford tbs

Maybe you need to do the idle air function point values thing again

Hope some of this stuff gives you an idea or two Chad :D

No I didn't, oops. I always miss something.

Thats my goal now, my wife asked me when I'd be done tuning this car. I told her it may never end. :D

I'm having the statistician at work estimate the number of total variables that can be changed.

Car is slowly idling better, its amazing how much changed going from 70-75mm TB, and Performer to Systemax.

I've got the WOT values down pretty good, flat ~13.0 from 3.2 volts to 4.8. Gosh I love Tweecing.
