heater core rubber seals

I am purchasing my heater core for my II tomorrow. Does anyone know if the rubber seals that are on either side of the core are included with the new one? If not, does anyone have a set they may wish to part with? Mine were hard and broke into about ten pieces. They are the ones that have the metal attached that slide into the slots on either side of the core. Thanks for any help, Mike.
