Help with Faded Laser Red Paint on 98GT!

    A friend of mines has a 98GT that is Laser Red. I tried clay, optimum compound, polishe and wax and the hood sill looks faded. It looks like its turning to a light pinkish color and somewhat hazey. It was like this before anf after the detail.I used a porter cable too.

    Porter Cable is not for buffing, only polishing. Sounds like the clear is going away on it, if comound didnt do anything, give up
