Hesitates/stumbles when cold only

When I first start the car up in the morning, it runs fine. After the oil gets moving, a quick stab of the throttle and it's not as responsive as it normally is. Have to launch above 1800 RPM or else it'll bog and be like I'm not even giving it fuel. Naturally, I increase the throttle to keep it from stalling out, and when power comes back after two or three seconds, it comes back quick and usually ends up spinning the tires a bit especially in a turn.

Anything special to pull codes? My 94/95 GM computer was a pain in the ass to pull codes from...had to build a special reader.

Is this fora 94-95 Mustang? The connector for a 94-95 is on the passenger side (as opposed to an Aero fox with it on the driver's side).

Is the GM reference for an OBD-I car that has an OBD-II ALDL (i.e., 4th Gen F-bodies)? Been there and done that....
