I removed the hrdro carbon filter the honey combed looking thing in my air inlet tube, and my idle went kinda wacky it was all over the place. Replaced it and everything went back to normal. I have read that loads of people have removed this, has anyone had idle problems??

Try removing it again and drive the car for a while to let the pcm make adjustments to the new maf signal it's getting.

I would also recommend what Anthony suggested and if that doesn't do the trick..Disconnect you neagtive battery terminal for 20 min. this will reset the PCM and then try again..One of the first things I did before getting my CAI/Tuner combo was remove the Hydrocarbon Trap. and I didn't have any problems..I also found out from Ford, that after they discontinued installing those devices in Mid 05, Ford did not change the stock ECM calibration, so it's really not a requirement or anything you need to worry about..:nice:
